@JustineStafford Girl have ya tried asmr? I’m not joking it works like a treat for me when I need it. There’s also a specific medication I’d recommend for getting asleep (not melatonin) but it is addictive so I’ll text you rather than post about it here 💛

Anyone have any good insomnia cures? For the last 3 months I can only manage to get 3 hours sleep 4 out of 7 nights a week and it’s starting to break me physically and mentally.

@JustineStafford You tried magnesium glycinate? I take about 1000mg (2 capsules) at night, and it helps me, especially because melatonin tends to cause me to have nightmares after only a few hours of sleep. If you try, just make sure it's magnesium GLYCINATE and NOT citrate!
