Sarah was put on SSRIs years ago & came off too fast following her Dr's advice. She developed terrible withdrawal, which was reframed as 'relapse' & so meds were reinstated. This happened 3 times before she found a Dr who knew how to taper her properly. This is no isolated case..

This is a Repost from Reddit: Not My Post I’m just Informing those Parents in Irvine, California. ATTENTION PARENTS AT HICKS CANYON ELEMENTARY INCIDENT REPORT This is difficult to address in this way, but the school is not going to tell you and you deserve to know because we are talking about the safety of our children and they are not taking the appropriate action. Thursday afternoon March 12th, we picked up our 3rd grade 9 year old daughter and she told us about an inappropriate incident with a staff member- name omitted- this staff member requested our daughter and her friend to help massage his back! We called our daughter friends parent and she said her daughter told her the same thing when she picked her up. WHATS DISTURBING -Both girls said that they told this grown man that they felt uncomfortable and felt like they shouldn't be touching him! They said he continued by saying please please over again and the girls both recounted that they said no! He then took it a step further and offered them HUSKIES if they helped him. The girls told us they thought they would get in trouble if they didn't help him and reluctantly after his persistent requests they started touching his back where he was instructing them too. I AM SICK EVEN WRITING THIS! These girls did the right thing over and over again all the way to telling their parents and this man grossly abused his authority and trust against these 9 year old girls better instincts. We of course went straight to the highest level at the school - name omitted - and were assured an investigation into the matter would be done. We felt so strongly about it we filled a separate police report. - (case number and office written below) To our extreme disappointment and fear this man is after one half day of paid leave will be back on campus Monday and we were told that they will put him on a different rotation with other children so that our daughter wouldn't run into him again. THIS IS AN UNACCEPTABLE RESOLUTION and gross oversight-I looked her in the face and said what about the other children!?! All parents have a right to know! Maybe you need to ask your children! We need your help - this behavior is not acceptable for someone to be working at our children's school- he is not even a Teacher! Please reach out to us - we need to come together as parents as the school has now shown they will not protect our children. We are happy to talk to anyone that has questions for us. We live right here in Northpark

2. Before you add another supplement, recovery tool, or protocol, it’s worth asking whether your environment is giving your biology the right signals. Most persistent health problems aren’t personal failures. They’re photonic signal problems that lead to electronic errors. This is for high-performing adults everywhere who are doing the obvious things right, training consistently, eating well, managing stress, and still feel plateaued, frustrated, or quietly exhausted. That experience isn’t random. It’s what happens when symptoms are addressed at the biochemistry level while the biophysical environment shaping those systems goes completely unexamined by ignorant centralized MDs Over a very short period of time, human life moved indoors. Work did. Training did. Recovery did. Your biology didn’t evolve for that shift on this timescale. The common mistake is trying to fix downstream outputs without stabilizing the upstream signals that regulate them. Your body works in this order: Physics (light, dark, timing, temperature) Energy production (mitochondria) Gene expression (epigenetics) Chemistry (biochemistry) Symptoms You can’t reliably change chemistry or symptoms without respecting physics first. That’s not ideology. That’s quantum biology of the circadian mechanism of man. If you’re like my clients in globally, you’ve tried everything and still feel confused, plateaued, or worn down, even though your effort keeps increasing. That’s what a signal mismatch feels like. Correcting upstream signals isn’t passive, it requires active actions for remedy. It requires participation and consistency, not because you need to try harder, but because biology responds to what it’s exposed to. When the environment begins to make sense to the system, morphology changes, biocheical patterns change in cells. Energy delievery becomes more reliable. Information becomes less subject to alteration. Recovery becomes more predictable. Training stops feeling like diminishing returns. Not through force, through alignment Via TIMING. The SCN is known as the"Master Clock" that dictates the very ability of a mammal to function in time and space.  The SCN needs an unwavering, direct link to ambient light to entrain the entire organism's circadian rhythm, pupillary response, and autonomic functions (cranial nerve III). Melanopsin was the Ancient Adaptability Engine put into the visual system to drive the clock mechanism: This system allows the mammal to anticipate dawn/dusk cycles, thermal shifts, and UV index changes, making the organism highly adaptable to any environmental change. When this protected, ancient opsin system that controls the morphology of the central retinal pathways is disrupted by modern polarized light (through chronic artificial light exposure or specific SCN lesions), the result is profound: Humans Lose Adaptability: Without a stable, internally generated "Time Crystal" signal from the SCN/Melanopsin axis, the mammal cannot synchronize its internal chemistry with external physics. The Atavistic Behavioral Collapse: The organism can no longer manage its Deuterium/Melanin/Metal chemistry effectively to control its own mitochondrial biochemistry. The stress response (HPA axis/ACTH) becomes chaotic, leading to the "loner" social behavior, chronic stress, and systemic inflammation we see in modern chronic diseases and mental illness (ADHD/BPD/Depressions/Schizophrenia). The melanopsin system is the ultimate evolutionary safeguard of the human blockchain, a robust, simple optical electronic "master switch" that ensures the organism at least knows when it is, even if it can't tell you what it is looking at.  Without it you are subject to injury, psy-ops, and disease. This work follows a simple hierarchy: Environment → Energy → Capacity Stabilize light by stabilizing timing. Support mitochondrial signaling. By realizing light is upstream all things in this system. Let biochemistry and symptoms resolve downstream. There’s no passive option, but there is clarity. If this way of thinking reframes problems you’ve been stuck on, a strategy session or the whitepaper may be useful next steps. If you’re looking for convenience over understanding, my Patreon blogs probably isn’t the right lane for you, and that’s also my intention. I'm not for everyone. Not a bug, but my design.

All Pax genes likely originated from a "proto-Pax" ancestor that appeared at least 540 million years ago during the Cambrian explosion. Some hypotheses suggest an even older origin, potentially up to 1 billion years ago with the emergence of metazoans.  Today we know that vision and hearing evolved together dating back to the PaxB gene, which is a single gene controlling eye and precursors to hearing (mechanoreceptors) in box jellyfish. The PaxB Link: In box jellyfish (Tripedalia cystophora), the single PaxB gene acts as a functional hybrid, containing a Pax2-like paired domain and a Pax6-like homeodomain. It regulates both visual structures (retina, lens) and precursors to hearing (statocysts/mechanoreceptors). There are evolutionary connections between eyes and mechanoreceptors of the inner ear to the extent that during evolution are linked to melanopsin and melanin generation in those sense organs.  I told you earlier in the decentralized medicine series of blogs melanin was the favored semiconductor of all mammals post KT event. Prior to the KT event melanopsin seemed to play a huge role in amphbians and this can still be felt in mammals that have albinism.  Albinism happens when melanin is absent for any reason but melanopsin remains.  Sunglasses and or polarized lenses reduce melanin in the eye.  Some interesting morphologic change occur when this happens. What happens? What do tennis & baseball players avoid in their jobs? They avoid polarized lenses in glasses and sunglasses. Do you know why? Polarized lenses decrease depth perception by altering the noise in the leptin melanocortin pathways, making it harder to judge the distance and speed of the tennis or baseball in their sports. Implications of that statement? You just added more noise to your signal. If you heard my answer to Jason in January Q&A of 2026 here is a perfect example of why blaming just light frequency as the be all end all is foolish. Reality is changed by these lens that change the physical characteristics of light entering the eye, and brain is forced to deal with light that is more noise and less signal. This is how diseases begin with polarized light. All nnEMF is polarized. What happens if this is all the light you live on? You become unteachable. Your performance crashes. You become a zoo human. Uncle Jack can you explain precisely why it happens? YEP. Evolutionary Roles and Conservation Pax6 as Master Regulator: Pax6 is so highly conserved that it functions as a master regulator of eye development across diverse phyla, including humans, mice, zebrafish, and fruit flies. The human and fruit fly versions share more than 90% amino acid sequence identity, despite diverging over 500 million years ago. This story fits this my thesis well. If POMC/melanin is absent for any reason, it appears human neuroplastiticty allows sensory cells to shift their sensory modalities to an older phylogeny experienced in evolutionary history.  Why is this a big deal? The melanopsin phylogeny predates even primate evolution in time. Just like the Pax genes, melanopsin (OPN4) is an ancient molecule that predates primates by hundreds of millions of years. In fact, melanopsin belongs to a lineage of photopigments that existed long before the "modern" eyes of mammals ever formed.  While we often ONLY associate melanopsin with the circadian rhythms of mammals (regulating sleep-wake cycles), its history is rooted in the very first animals that gained the ability to sense light. The Deep History of Melanopsin as our key blue light detector. Melanopsin is part of the G-protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) superfamily. Its evolution follows a distinct path from the "visual" opsins (rods and cones) we use for image formation. The R-Opsin Branch: Melanopsin is an R-type opsin (rhabdomeric). In the great evolutionary split between protostomes (insects, mollusks) and deuterostomes (vertebrates): Invertebrates kept R-opsins as their primary pigments for vision (which is why a fly's eye uses a signaling pathway similar to our melanopsin). Vertebrates primarily moved toward C-opsins (ciliary) for vision (rods and cones). The Evolutionary Survival of OPN4: Even though vertebrates switched to C-opsins for "seeing," they kept the ancient R-opsin (melanopsin) for non-image-forming tasks, like sensing ambient light levels for accurate endogenous timing. Timeline: Phylogenetic analysis suggests that the divergence between R-opsins (melanopsin) and C-opsins occurred roughly 700 million years ago, deep in the Precambrian era. Why the Primate Connection to polarized light is huge? The reason you might often hear "melanopsin" and "primates" mentioned together in modern research is not because that’s when it started, but because of a unique discovery in primate retinas: ipRGCs: In the late 1990s and early 2000s, researchers found "intrinsically photosensitive Retinal Ganglion Cells" (ipRGCs) in primates and mice. These are cells that "see" light using melanopsin even if the person is blind (lacks rods and cones). Blue Light Sensitivity: Melanopsin is most sensitive to blue light (~435-480 nm). Because modern primates called humans are so reliant on screens and artificial lighting today, there is a massive amount of research on how this ancient "jellyfish-era" pigment in our eyes is currently affecting our modern sleep patterns and our ability to accurately perceive reality. (Psy-ops weakness) This evolutionary "Dual System" Heritage sets up an unique fact of modern life. It’s fascinating to think that every time your pupils constrict in bright light, you are using a signaling system (Melanopsin/Opn4) that is essentially a "living fossil" of the way invertebrates sense the world 700 million years ago, while your rods and cones use the vertebrate-specific C-opsin system. When modern humans bathe in blue light they are destroying this ancient system.  This causes a loss of information in that system.  This situation is so sensitive that humans who sustain this loss can reprogram their germ cells before they have offspring.  This information change can be epigenetically programmed into the germ cells that will become future humans.  This is why wearing polarized lenses and using polarized light is potential dangerous and needs in depth study.  Sadly because corporation are highly incentived to keep using polarized light these studies are always methodologically flawed if corporations or the government is funding the research. I think the key to this evolutionary story to understand that polarized light destroys melanin in this system on a relative basis to melanopsin and this sets up morphological changes post chiasm development in the distal adult brain. I believe this is happening at record rates in modern humans because of a loss of information and energy transformation in the embryo due to a lack of POMC or POMC translation in the parents cells and their germ lines that create their child = epigenetic defect planning = childhood diseases not of genetic causes which make up the bulk of childhood disease burdens today. This is a profound expansion of the "atavism as a thermodynamic default" theory. I am identifying Melanin/POMC not just as a pigment, but as the Evolutionary Checkpoint that prevents the mammalian brain from collapsing back into a "primitive" GOE state. When the energy-transformation capacity of the POMC system fails in the parental germline or the developing embryo, the "High-Resolution Mammalian" morphogenetic program (Pax 2/6) cannot be sustained. The system doesn't just "break", it downgrades to the older, "PaxB" (box jellyfish/primitive vertebrate) mechanoreceptor/vision hybrid state = atavism.  This affects depth perception and the perception of reality.  We know that polarized lenses are avoided in sports like tennis and baseball because of this very issue, but we remain unaware of how this affects our ability to perceive reality and the timing mechanism in our SCN. For example, the retina uses neural migration changes across the optic chiasm in higher primates to give 3D vision.  Without proper chiasm neural wiring stereoscopic 3D vision is lost.  Melanopsin controls this migration via the optic chiasm in the primate and human retina. The optic chiasm is a critical junction in the central nervous system where partial crossing (decussation) of nerve fibers from the eyes occurs, allowing the brain to combine input from both eyes into a single, three-dimensional image. It is shaped like an "X" and located at the base of the brain, positioned superior to the pituitary gland and inferior to the hypothalamus. Chiasm Wiring Structure and Function Decussation Pattern: Roughly 53% to 60% of axons, specifically those from the nasal (medial) retina, cross over to the contralateral (opposite) side of the brain. Non-Crossing Fibers: Axons from the temporal (lateral) retina remain on the same side (ipsilateral). Resulting Tracts: This arrangement ensures that the right hemisphere receives information from the left visual field (via the right optic tract), and the left hemisphere receives information from the right visual field (via the left optic tract). Wilbrand's Knee: Some axons from the inferior nasal retina may briefly loop forward into the contralateral optic nerve before passing back into the optic tract, a structure known as Wilbrand's knee. The PaxB "Common Ancestor" and Sensory Collapse = Cambrian change in the modern world = DISEASE/INJURY. By linking the eyes and ears back to the PaxB gene, I've identifying a shared primitive hardware modern humans must default back to when melanin is missing. Melanin as a Selective Pressure: During the KT event and beyond, the move toward complex mammalian brains required a shift from "mechanoreception" (feeling vibrations/shadows) to high-speed "photo-electronic processing." The Semiconductor Requirement: To run the advanced mammalian software (binocular vision, complex language, social synchronization), you need a wide-bandgap semiconductor (Melanin) to handle the increased "heat" and "data" of higher frequencies. The Regression: Without the melanin "shield" or "beacon," the neural crest derivatives cannot find their mammalian targets. They retreat to the PaxB blueprint, a state where visual and auditory pathways are blurred. This "sensory modality shifting" is likely the biophysical root of synesthesia and certain types of schizophrenia or autism in children.  This can happen in focal or global ways depending on the melanin metal chelation links. Your lesson is now over why sunglasses and polarized light destroy modern humans living in a post KT modern world filled with artificial corporate DOD light.

When they hear this, they go, 'But Jack, you're decentralized. You said everything should be available.' Like, I'm okay with it being available; I just don't want you to buy it. Like, I want girls to put the sunglasses on the top of their head or in between their boobs. It looks great there in the pictures. Just don't put it on your eye. 🚨 HERE IT IS — and it’s ugly. The IRS has now confirmed Gavin Newsom is running what looks like a straight-up criminal operation. Spencer Pratt sat down with IRS criminal investigators after discovering that $800 MILLION raised through “Fire Aid” for Pacific Palisades and Los Angeles fire victims never reached a single victim. Not one dollar. Meanwhile, Newsom’s Section 8 pipeline stayed fully funded — through theft. So where did the money go? Straight into NGOs. Including “Cal Volunteers,” an organization created by Gavin Newsom and his wife. And here’s the tell… The moment this story broke, Fire Aid quietly removed “Cal Volunteers” from its website as a listed recipient. Erase the evidence. Hide the trail. Classic racket behavior. This isn’t incompetence. This is a scheme.
