@FULL_Court_Swag @tZERO @Alan_Konevsky I obviously wanted TZROP to be higher and I realized long ago that the $10 dividend was probably never going to happen so I resigned myself to being OK with my pre conversion position. So as a realist and while not overly excited about it I was ok with 1:3.

I can’t wait for the 28th as I am tired of the @tZERO $TZROP argument. I’m not qualified to make the case for voting no so I am concentrating on post conversion issues and what @tzero can become and I fully support @Alan_Konevsky leadership and when the vote dust settles I hope everyone can go back discussing everything this company can become.

We didn’t. And no. The product example - tokenization, on chain custody, access to secondary liquidity optionally, etc - holds. Because the Tzero tokens need to be converted into equity. That’s what I want for our Beyond stake in Tzero. We want to become equity. We’ve offered to put in more capital if it’s converted at a rate that is a creative to us. That same would apply for the other holders because someone’s got a fight for that position.
