@nitesdiner @kdotsfavorite Tbf, Jill herself is a bit of a prodigy and has a leg up over a lot of others. Girl was in fucking Delta Force before she joined up into S.T.A.R.S.
English

@kdotsfavorite I’m reading the novelization and I feel so bad for both of them. They’re the only women, they’re put on separate teams, and for Jill specifically to have the one other woman be an 18 year old medical prodigy has got to come with a lot of self imposed pressure.
English

I’m honestly surprised there were even two considering Chief Irons blatant misogyny and Wesker’s underlying misogyny

Dude why is Rebecca and Jill the only female S.T.A.R.S members

@SheevTalks With Andor complete, everything Star Wars just feels so bleak now.

@arainydancer goated movies, though. I watched Heat somewhat recently and I should watch Collateral again
English

@arainydancer A good example of both is Back to the Future 2 when Doc is explaining the branching timeline they made with the chalkboard. A little bit of showing, but mostly organic and simple telling.

@nvdjas It gets irritating starting out but you mellow out and learn how most enemies attack soon enough. I haven't used any tourniquets/disinfectants since barry's section in ep 2 and the entirety of ep 3. I'm replaying myself as I'm going through the series.
Love this one to death.

@stef_films @O_Leo_MC @AestheticGamer1 that implicates the government official in charge of the FBC. This is like the first and only time I can think of in the series where the american government is held accountable for its actions. Other times, they say they're involved but nothing is done.
English

@stef_films @O_Leo_MC @AestheticGamer1 the world's leading power against bioterrorism. With his power secured, he disposes of the terrorist group he used. O'Brian suspects the FBC to have had a hand in the Terragrigia Panic and thus 'resurrects' Veltro to spook the FBC. At the end, they get evidence from Veltro +

Yeee, I'll just say that Resident Evil Requiem reeks of some late dev rewrites. Village had a similar thing happen, but it didn't stick out as much honestly.

An unused photography in the files of Resident Evil Requiem reveals a change in Grace's character. "Grace 7 years old" Nearly identical to Chloe & Emily, is she really a clone? or the "original"? remains to be seen. Credits to Overseer from REwiki.

@Evan_Agredano @SUPERBLOWFLY The UI is generally the most garbage UI I've ever had in a video game. That's saying a lot. I admit, I do kind of like Chris's story a bit. I want to like it, at least.
English

@BelaireOver @SUPERBLOWFLY For the most part I'd agree, all the campaigns pull you out of the experience far too often with qte's, dumb cutscenes, and nonsensical set pieces to make use of it's fairly decent combat. Of course the gunplay and inventory still sucks lmao.
English

@Evan_Agredano @SUPERBLOWFLY Six is just genuinely so painful. I can't stand it. I know everyone says the action is the best part but I think the gameplay feels so unresponsive compared to 4 and 5.
English

@BelaireOver @SUPERBLOWFLY Chris and Leon are fantastic protagonists in 4/5. Unfortunately the same can't be said about 6 lmao.
English

@Evan_Agredano @SUPERBLOWFLY Just replayed RE5 after a while. 4 is absolutely better but I must admit that I think Chris exudes a lot of charisma in 5, just in a diff way to Leon. Game becomes a fucking slog though after the Irving fight and up to the first Wesker fight
English

@SUPERBLOWFLY RE5 is still dumb fun regardless if you're solo or co-op, but it doesn't hold a light to re4 as an experience.
