And I think the professionals to offer medical and psychological treatment to people who do struggle with it know more then you. Your opinions are not worth the same as what a majority of medical professional say.

They “melt their brain” BECAUSE they are suffering and usually have no support or hope for a future. But your the kind to say they deserve it
