@clairegbates - Clear use of the STAR method - make it conversational. Reframe anything they say as a way to show how you showcase it (“I’m glad you focus on X, here’s how I X” - Thoughtful questions (ie what do new ppl struggle with, then explain how you’ll handle) GL!
