A COO walked out of a sales meeting within the first 10 minutes. The rep had opened with: "Can you tell me about your current process?"

Most sales reps interview to get the job. The elite interview to see if the job is even worth *their* time Run this prompt in advance of job interviews to get a better understanding of the company, goals, objectives, and context to guide higher quality interviews Copy and paste the text below into your AI assistant. Replace [COMPANY NAME] with your target. Role: You are an Expert Sales Intelligence Analyst specializing in Tech Sales (SaaS). Task: Research Directives: Synthesize data from RepVue, Glassdoor, G2, and Reddit to create a high-level "Executive Summary" that takes no more than 10 minutes to read. Data Sources to Simulate/Research: 1. RepVue: Focus on quota attainment, base/OTE splits, and "Product-Market Fit" scores. 2. Glassdoor: Look for recent (last 6 months) sentiment on sales leadership and "Day in the Life" friction. 3. G2/Capterra: Identify the "Killer Feature" and the #1 recurring complaint (The "Gripes"). 4. Reddit: Search for "unfiltered" opinions in r/sales or r/techsales regarding the internal culture and "burnout" levels. Please provide the analysis in the following format: 1. The Value Prop & Product Strength What is the "Economic Impact" of this tool? (How does it make or save money?) What is the "Moat"? (Why can't a competitor easily kill them?) 2. SWOT Analysis (Sales Perspective) Strengths: Why is this an easy "sell" right now? Weaknesses: What objection will I hit in every single discovery call? Opportunities: Are there new markets or recent funding/partnerships to leverage? Threats: Who is the "Category King" they are fighting, or is the category shrinking? 3. Growth & Momentum Analyze recent headcount growth (via LinkedIn/news) and RepVue quota trends. Is the "Ship" rising, or are people jumping off? Why This Company Now? Identify a specific "Trigger Event" (Funding, New CEO, Product Launch, or Market Shift) that makes this a 10/10 opportunity today. 4. The Commission & Attainment Reality Quota Attainment: What is the verified percentage of reps hitting 100%? (Use RepVue/Reddit). Comp Mechanics: Look for mentions of accelerators, non-recoverable draws, or complex "split" structures. The Path to P60: How long is the realistic ramp-up period before a rep is "fully baked" and hitting their OTE? 5. The Interview "Edge" The Optimistic Outlook: What does the "Best Case Scenario" look like for this company in 24 months? The Red Flags: What should I subtly "reverse-interview" the manager about to ensure I’m not walking into a meat grinder? A "Fit" Statement: Draft a 2-sentence explanation of why a high-performing rep is the perfect hire for their current stage. You’re welcome in advance

Made $800k from twitter Haven't written a single twitter article in my entire life In my agency we just let Claude or affiliates handle it. Article writing is very time consuming and low ROI for all parties involved The actual skill is article-marketing. Now If I was trying to gatekeep i'd say "we have a 7 step process to writing converting articles blabbaba" But the actual integrity and quality of the article (from what we've tested) doesn't matter as long as it's marketed right Every article acts as an independant sales asset which can be repurposed into twitter, linkedin, instagram or YouTube content. Which also means they can be posted, get marketed and be harvesting leads multiple weeks afterwards For a specific client we actually stopped writing articles but we're still seeing massive leadflow come from one viral article we posted weeks ago So how do you make articles go viral? 1/ Pay info creators for reposts. Don't get jewed. Pay well and test audiences 2/ Experiment with quote tweets. The algo is loving QT's to articles right now. Window will last maybe another 6 weeks until overcooked If you see people using those gifs/short videos quote while quote tweeting articles You know who invented that method 3/ Circlejerk method: get 5-10 of the same offer accounts reposting and quote tweeting the article. This remains unbeatable, you can see Content Rewards and Glitchy running this method If you want to scale your offer on twitter to $100k/mo+ while going viral... DM me "MONEY" and I'll see if we're fit to work together

Everyone wants the 'framework' to achieve X or the '3 hacks' to do Y... While that is efficient, we don't have to stay in that frame of thinking all the time. The opposite would be NO framework, NO system, NO rules... Both can coexist. In fact, it's more optimal for both to exist. Because without frameworks it's harder to build habits, But without rules the options are limitless. Can a 'framework' bring serendipity? Can a purely 'rule' focused brain lead to a revolutionary level of creativity? Not on its own. If an answer hasn't yet been brought to fruition... The only thing that can bring it to life is infinite intelligence. And by acting from a 'set standard' for what should be we completely overlook the fact that we can set new standards. How would the world look like if everyone was acting in (or from) their zone of genius?

The buying journey is not linear. They see your ad. Close the tab. See a post three weeks later. Read it. Get an email. Click the link. Get a retargeting ad. Book the call. If you're only running one channel, you're invisible for most of that journey.
