@pop_mycology Interesting to read the take from the other side of the fence. I've oft wondered at how informed vs. fortunate the formulation of the Steps were. That they managed to flip two of the critical loci of control driving addictive behaviour is fascinating. Thank you for the article =)

@Shrink_at_Large This is interesting, I thought the original intention was to remove BPD/EUPD diagnoses in favour of a continuum model but that both were ultimately retained (although I don't know why)? BPD, EUPD, AsPD & more are retained in 6D10Z severity unspecified?

Reminder: While the DSM still includes the diagnosis of BPD but not cPTSD, the reverse is true for the ICD, used in Europe and half the world. The ICD recognizes cPTSD but no longer includes BPD, moving to a new continuum model instead.
