@RobViper Passengers who have not selected a seat at he time of booking, will be on a standby list in case of an oversold flight. Rest assured our gate agents will do their best to assign you a seat at the gate. /Nils

@AirCanada Hi there... I have a flight from Toronto to Calgary tomorrow & upon checking in online it lists my seat as "SBY" without the option to choose one. I bought this ticket over a month ago. How can I be on standby?

@AirCanada Got an email this morning to say that we have lost out bulkhead seats (which we paid for) and me, my wife and infant now have to sit separately 🤬🤬🤬 Need to sort this asap!!!
