Is anyone truly surprised by this? The current regime (same as the old regime) is deeply entrenched & is hellbent on clinging to power. The Venezuelan people deserve freedom & democracy; real change will come only when free & fair elections are held. No more delays; no more hyperbole; the time for action is now.

So Iran is demanding money in the form of frozen assets and the survival of its terror proxy in Lebanon in exchange for even sitting down to discuss opening the Strait of Hormuz—which they will be able to close at any time. I don’t care how you try to spin it, even humoring this insanity is an utter collapse for the United States.
