If you never offer any constructive criticism of @Tesla or @elonmusk, and treat everything they do as perfect, you’re not adding signal, you’re adding noise. Tesla improves through relentless iteration, not uncritical praise. Perpetual optimism from some of its loudest voices has repeatedly led to overpromises, missed expectations, and eroded trust. True fans of the company should prioritize honesty over hype, because blind defense prevents progress. I love what @Tesla is building. That’s exactly why I’m direct about its biggest weakness: Communication. This isn’t limited to earnings calls. It extends to how the company presents its products. Especially Full Self Driving Poor, inconsistent, or overly vague communication is Tesla’s Achilles’ heel. Defending or excusing repeated communication shortfalls doesn’t help. It’s a fixable problem. Clear, accurate, timely information would: • Better inform shareholders about timelines and risks. • Protect employees whose compensation is tied to RSUs and ESPPs by maintaining credibility and stock performance. • Accelerate adoption of FSD, which demonstrably improves safety in many scenarios saving lives as more drivers understand its current capabilities and limitations. Tesla has world class engineering and data advantages. Strengthening communication is one of the easiest high impact upgrades available. Do it for the mission, the shareholders, the team, and the broader impact on road safety. Constructive feedback from those who want @Tesla to win isn’t disloyalty it’s how the best companies get even better.

Last time we hit a local sentiment low on $TSLA like right now, it was 3 weeks ago at $350 and next thing you know we were back at $400. I expect the same now, only faster. This earnings call was a baller with the only exception of Elon messing the vibes up. I never understood why people sell on low energy vibes. It's a gift - strong numbers, low vibes is goldilocks.

That’s a wrap! We finished closing out our remaining $TSLA JUL2026 Calls today after trimming into strength over the last few weeks. Managed to trim a good amount in the upper $400s. We have also been trimming other long term winners in the portfolio, building up cash to get ready to hedge, add more TSLA shares, calls, and LEAPs in 2026 when conditions are optimal (sharing details and real time thoughts with Subs). There’s a few macro and TSLA related headwinds in early 2026, so having cash is helpful while still holding 100% of our shares. We aren’t selling TSLA, so we’ll partially hedge shares to have some downside protection. 2025 was great as we successfully increased our total TSLA shares by 10% by trading options and trimming long term winners to buy more TSLA on pullbacks. Aiming to do the same in 2026, ideally before the Tesla AI rerating occurs. Happy New Year everyone!
