@PhilipPapaelias @danrivoli Beg to differ. Quality of life and health includes/requires a reduction in traffic into and thru our neighborhoods. It’s gotten so much worse and here’s hoping it encourages more use of public transit, bikes, and feet.

@danrivoli It was never about congestion. If it was tbey would've reduced for hire vehicles first, who have been the main source of congestion. This is all a money grab and will only further gentrify lower Manhattan.
