I just thought about Chike’s issue again, and it made me even more pissed. As a young man who has no car and is just getting by financially, if I approach 10 girls today, 8 of them will give me their contacts, and at least 3 of them will be willing to visit me by next week. This means that Chike, with his financial resources and popularity, could have gotten almost any young single woman he wanted. He could be having threesomes every day of the week if he chose to, yet he decided to sleep with a married woman and even continued to do so after the husband spoke with him man-to-man. Well, I'm not surprised, he whom the gods want to destroy, they first make mad. He doesn't realize what he has done to himself just yet.

Let’s pray, Heavenly Father, On this Good Friday, I don’t come with safe words, I come with surrender. Because of the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, Lord, crucify my pride.
Crucify my fear.
Crucify every hidden sin I try to justify. Let the cross not just be something I remember but something I carry. If there are doors in my life You did not open, shut them permanently. If there are people assigned to distract or delay me, remove them without apology. If I am the one standing in the way of my own calling, confront me and correct me. Let this day mark the death of my old self.
Let every false identity be nailed to the cross.
Let every generational pattern that is not from You end with me. If growth requires breaking so be it.
If walking with You costs me everything so be it. Because through the cross, I know this truth:
death is not the end resurrection is coming. So I declare: I will rise different. I will rise aligned. I will rise transformed. In the name of Jesus,
