Volto a afirmar: Se dolar cair a 4,50, o brasil quebra. Nao subestime nunca a burrice e o atraso do brasileiro. Ou seria sem vergonhice de Lula em conluio com a gangue da selic? Esse país nao tem geito. Desisto.

Druckenmiller on what traits the best investors have in common "They are extremely competitive. They have an unbelievable will to win. If you look at anybody with a great investment record, for whatever reason, the people without passion cant compete with them. They have passion, and they are just willing to work harder."

This is easily my favorite clip of Bill Ackman > His fund was down 30%+ > Being sued by Valeant Pharma investors > Going through divorce with his wife > Elliot, an activist firm, trying to take over his fund Here is his advice on how to deal with the tough moments in life

Before getting to know a book, first start by getting to know the writer. Observe Who he is. How he talks, his body language, how he thinks and how he articulates his thoughts. That’s so much important than just going straight to his works. Try interviews.

My ethic is fueled by a pathological need for control, dominance, and mastery of complexity. Operating at this pace wins wars and crafts empires. If you aim for greatness, you must be willing—at least temporarily—to embrace this brutal, almost inhuman intensity.
