Right now with Project Bench, we are similarly focused on the broader area and doing what we can to support the Niagara @BenchlandsON. This is Canada’s largest and most important wine region, and yet we don’t think it gets the attention that it rightly deserves. Stay connected at onthebench.ca.

When we work on development projects, we aim to think beyond our individual sites. We also want to have a positive impact on the broader community. The pink JUNCTION sign on the top of Junction House is an example of this thinking. It was not a city requirement. In fact, it made our approvals more challenging. We did it because we wanted to celebrate the entrance to the neighborhood and pay homage to the urban rooftop signs that have been lost over the years.
