Soon every agent will be able to vibe code on the MMT platform, creating server side scripts that can trigger web hooks to fully automate your trading workflow. MMT will be a full agent compatible platform to support the next decade of agentic trading workflows.

@Griff_ @HavenStudiosInc Cool! Didn’t you release gouraud and dot sphere examples for the Falcon? Running on the DSP? I was inspired to try using the DSP but never got past handshaking stage.

2 years later when I was 18 (1991!) we made a production called Hallucinations, showing off full gouraud shaded rendering and a 3D world. This code was unreleased until 2003, when Leon O'Reilly from my EA days and now CTO of @HavenStudiosInc remastered it!

You can see here how Elite directly influenced me - 5 years later after this club, aged 16 I wrote my first 3D code for this vector screen demo on the Atari ST. I would not have written this and would not have ended up working on #NoMansSky if Elite had not existed! #elite40

@rsms Seems they threw out the baby with the bath water. One of main selling points of the NeXT platform was ease of development, which carried over into OS X.

App development on macOS has become such a complex mess. To make users able to even launch your app, you need to not only 1. maintain an Apple Developer account and 2. code sign your app (which is a mess in itself). You nowadays also need to "notarize" the app, meaning you send a copy of your app bundle to Apple along with a crypto signature (for your developer account.) Apple's servers then look at your app to make sure it is a well behaved little app and then adds an entry into a central database ("this app with this crypto signature is ok"). So how do you notarize an app? Oh, using the same codesign CLI tools provided by the absolutely massive download that is Xcode? No. You use altool which is kind of hidden inside Xcode (not on the PATH.) But wait, if the current date is after November 1, 2023 (newsflash: it is) you can't use altool. Apple no longer accepts notarization submissions from altool. So what do you do then? Well, you have to download Xcode 14 or later (yay, another 91284747 petabyte of whoknowswhat). Oh but it's not that simple, to run Xcode 14 you also have to upgrade your macOS version. It's like Apple are trying to deter developers from their platform. I was lucky enough to experience the golden years of Mac app development where it was a joy to make apps for your friends. The breeze of Cocoa and the ease of just putting a zip file on your homepage gave birth to so many wonderful apps. No wonder why the average macOS user today runs only web apps — there's little joy left in making mac apps!

While developing FPGA cores, I hit the 32GB RAM limit of my machine from time to time. This PC cannot take more than 32GB. I have a slower one equipped with 64GB that I use when necessary. This is one of the key reasons I cannot use MacBooks for development. Not enough memory.

Tetranode is one of the most toxic mfers in web3. Continuously attacks other communities, flaunts, and disrespects defi community for no reason - I don't stand for that. Blocked me as I tried to talk sense to him, but that's no good to someone that needs professional help 🙁

@ricburton Tim Berners-Lee created the Web, not the Internet, there’s a big difference. Study the true history.

@Pauly0x ...Let's just throw some more gasoline on the fire and see how big of an inferno we can create. That's progress, right?

@Pauly0x Oh, the world definitely needs more hot takes. Because what we all need right now is more divisive opinions, outrage culture, and people talking past each other. Forget about listening to others, understanding different perspectives, or finding common ground...
