@LeedsCC_Help Why are M Group being allowed to complete works close to a hotel and residential buildings at nearly 9PM on an evening. Surely this should be done during the day. There is also no permit showing for this work. End of Kendall Street where it meets Waterloo Street.

@TPEassist 15:45 from Leeds to Brighouse. Train on board displays say doors in 5 carriages will open. I was in carriage 5 and the doors did not open, only 4 did. You might want to look into it. Now had to get train other way back from Sowerby Bridge at 16:44 at my cost.

@TPEassist how is there no driver for a train which is already on the move!! 07:00 Leeds to Liverpool Lime Street. Are you now paying for a taxi between Manchester Victoria and Liverpool so can make meetings in time?

@TPEassist @northernassist What is the sense here of making 2 trains late. Why are we being held on the 17:47 to Halifax to allow the late @TPEassist train towards Manchester to pass us, now making both sets of passengers delayed getting into Brighouse!

@northernassist So essentially your ‘security guard’ and facilities are not fit for purpose, is that what we are saying? Why are the station not open until the end of service, closed overnight during no services, then reopened when the first service of the day is due to depart?

Hi Ben the security guard, is responsible for overseeing the waiting areas to help ensure everyone's safety. These areas are open during peak commuter times for your convenience, but unfortunately, we have to close them overnight due to ongoing vandalism and anti-social behavior. @northernassist If your running trains at 21:03, why is the waiting area not available at this time at Castleford? What is the point it existing if it’s locked during your hours of operation?

@TPEassist why is your 06:45 from Leeds to Manchester just stuck on that platform in Leeds for? It’s already delayed the 07:00 to Liverpool Lime Street by 5 minutes. It’s not like we don’t all have work to get to!

@sainsburys since when did it become normal to have to go and find members of staff in your local stores to authorise payments and spend money etc at self service? It’s every single time. I’d go to the standard ‘checkout’ but there is nobody there either! It’s a joke right?

2 points failures in 1 journey from Leeds to Liverpool. I’ve got to say @networkrail that your doing a cracking job managing the railways. I mean, it’s not like we have cold weather every year in January and you could prepare for it! No update on when we’ll be moving either.

@northernassist @nationalrailenq @TracyBrabin I was travelling from Mirfield to Leeds. No rail replacement transport arrived and I was there at 00:10 to 00:35 on Huddersfield Road waiting. How do I now claim the price of the taxi back?

@northernassist What happened to the 00:15 rail replacement service towards Leeds please? I waited until 00:30 and no service showed up. I also called @nationalrailenq who would not help, despite me being stranded on my own! @TracyBrabin great safety on WY public transport!

Laughable service yet again from @TPEassist @northernassist @networkrail @transportgovuk ….. not enough carriages. Trains in the south with 10+ carriages. 20:30 Manchester Victoria to Leeds all standing. You are a joke!

@northernassist There were over 5 trains which all went through and did not stop, despite the apparent ‘points failure’! The fact your system doesn’t show that is just another example of Northerns failure to provide any kind of decent service.

@Benfalcon9 Our system is not showing any service to have ran through Apperley Bridge due to a points failure.

@northernassist what is going on at Apperley Bridge? 3 trains have now gone passed ‘none stop’ yet the ones which are meant to stop here are all cancelled or delayed? Why are you not stopping trains here!

@northernassist Apperley Bridge to Leeds. Over 5 train went through the station with Leeds on them and passengers onboard, so why are you peddling excuses that you ‘could not stop’. Where were those trains going?!

@northernassist Another train to Leeds just went passed! Unbelievable that your customer director @alexhornbyrail has the audacity to have ‘Passionate about the people and places we serve’ in their bio! Good service would be arranging for trains to make unscheduled stops to pick up passengers!
