Final effort yesterday ended with @British_Airways saying "there is nothing we can do, call back at 7pm"

Took my wife over 5 hours to convince @British_Airways that we had kids in our party

Flown with them often before but never fly long haul with them if you have kids. @British_Airways are awful

Never expected such terrible customer service from @British_Airways.
