@NFL @RapSheet Sixty million for Boye Mafe is a massive overpay. He has shown flashes, but he is not a consistent, elite sack artist worthy of that kind of annual salary. The Bengals have too many holes to commit that much cap space to a player who has never posted double-digit sacks.
