Snack culture for children has gotten completely out of hand. My daughter goes to a one-hour gymnastics class with a break in the middle, and everyone eats snacks during that break. Since when can't kids do sports for just one hour without needing snacks?

PlayStation support has confirmed that a new digital rights management policy for the console is intentional, not a glitch. Starting with any digital games purchased after the March 2026 system update, your PS5 will require an internet connection at least once every 30 days to validate the license. If the console stays offline longer than that, the games simply will not launch until you reconnect. This change does not affect any titles already in your library. Setting a console as your primary system also will not bypass the monthly check-in.

An average chicken breast weighs a pound or so. Four chicken breasts is easily 12 bucks (Uncooked). The cooked rotisserie chicken is cheaper and kids generally like drumsticks.

@LauraM11255 @just_mindy Maybe if you're dumb. Because the chicken will be no good soon so they'd rather cook it and make what money they can rather than throw it away. Someone gets a hot meal that is easy and still safe to eat and the company mitigated some loss. It's not rocket science

The breakfasts are not free. They are paid for by taxes - mostly on parents who feed their own kids. Most of these 10,000 children would have had a perfectly healthy breakfast at home without these clubs. This isn't about helping the poorest kids, it's the state taking over the basic job of parenting.
