The more you clearly understand your motives, the more librated you are. If you understand why you were: • rude • unfair • unforgiving • a poor communicator Then when others do it to you, you feel compassion towards them instead of offense.

If you want to turn your performance around, you must get to a point where you simply don't have time to be mediocre anymore. You must get sick and tired of being sick and tired. You have to make a decision once and for all and commit to the following. 1. No more big losses 2. No more listening to unproven self-proclaimed gurus 3. No more style drift 4. No more excuses You must cut your losses religiously, commit to a sound approach, stop looking for short cuts, and start taking personal responsibility.

Emotional freedom comes from allowing yourself to - get comfortable feeling your feelings as they are - fall into and through your feelings you will arrive into being vastness and freedom. You don't achieve freedom. Concentrating on positive emotions isn't freedom.

@theflohart I disagree. Emotional freedom comes from allowing yourself to - get comfortable feeling your feelings as they are - allow yourself to fall into and through your feelings you arrive into vastness and freedom. You don't arrive at freedom by anchoring yourself in a state.

How to achieve emotional freedom: - Get in your body through physical activity, yoga, or ice baths. - Practice emotions like gratitude, love, and passion. - Meditate and anchor yourself in that state.

@JohnKuhns17 It does. You learn about yourself and the world. There is a time to pause. There is a time to take action. To be in touch with your inner knowing of when to act - despite your fear, possibly - and when to stop is wisdom.

Remember: You could do almost anything and it’s still better than spending all your time and energy wondering if it’s the right thing to do. Action creates clarity.

We live in a virtual world. That being said, there is nothing like face to face contact with your colleagues, customers, and clients. This is how relationships are built. This is how long term business gets done.

Not knowing (with the mind) is the doorway to a deeper type of knowing (with the heart). That second option is insanely more satisfying.

Start with the end in mind. Specifically, ask yourself the question: What would it be like if your ideal situation would be reality, right now? Allow yourself to perceive and feel the reaction of your body and your feelings. If that feels wonderful: Great! If not:

Get into the habit of leaving a ton of comments each day. I've said it over and over again. X has a social algo. The more you use the platform as it was intended to be used, the more it's gonna push you. If you're not socialising, why would it prioritise you. Start talking.

Most people ask permission for literally everything. But, nobody's usually stopping you. Want to start your own business? Start. Want to learn a skill? Get going today. Want to try a new approach? Go ahead. There's no authority figure. Just start.

Haven't been able to check in here much today. Back from a business trip, hanging out with my gorgeous wife, cooking meals, enjoying life. Enjoy life. Actual reality is much better than virtual reality. Be present for those you love, and those you don't love. Life's a gift
