@SourBrosBC It is indeed! Although not with 00 flour, I used a high-quality T65 (in France it's pretty much the same just with a slightly less gluten %) I really liked the techniques he uses to make the dough

@SourBrosBC It’s been almost a year since I made bread. I used to make them every weekend. It’s nice to have some time to do it again
