Flynn Clayman was elevated a year ago when Alan Huss left to become the coach-in-waiting and takes High Point to a second straight NCAA tourney. Clayman was an AAU coach a decade ago. The Panthers are 30-4, and finished 15-1 in the Big South - just beat Winthrop to win the Big South tourney. Will be a dangerous first-round matchup for someone.

One high school game I wish I could go back to is Deerfield Beach vs Miami Northwestern in the 6A state semis in 2007. Denard was a junior. Northwestern went 99 yards on the final drive to win. Bulls went on to win a state title and go 15-0. Atmosphere was probably electric.
