Trump does this thing where he refuses his $400,000/yr presidential salary. He then brags about how he's "working for free" out of love for the American people. MAGA dummies love it. Meanwhile, he's fleecing them on the backend with his endless pipeline of grifts and for-profit schemes. MAGA never connects those dots. They celebrate how much of a selfless President they think he is. There's a reason Trump said he loves the uneducated.
