@Bentalls @Johnlewispartn1 Thanks for replying. Ask your floor staff how angry customers are when a lot of tills are closed and you have difficultly searching for staff trying to cover a number of different areas. And then find no stock. Try it yourself.

Just gave shopping a try again in Kingston on Thames. I know retail not easy but staff, stock and some interest would help. @Johnlewispartn1 @Bentalls or “at lunch” signs on some shops. Lesson is stick to online shopping.

I really don't like using this road, it's a very poor design and not in a good state @LBRUT . That doesn't excuse this sort of driving @Bentalls .

Great service from @Bentalls. Guys worked hard to get my sofas into a tight position and they’ve just given me a voucher for £100 to make up for a small mishap with the site visit. Excellent service from the Furniture dept
