@AerLingus My family and I are booked on Flight EI116 from Dulles to Dublin on June 20th. Your website says there is no flight on that day. Does this mean our flight is cancelled? Thanks.

@lufthansa Is there a less busy time to call? I have tried at 10am, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm and midnight. I'm calling from east coast USA. Thanks.

@lufthansa I got an e-mail Friday saying my Flight was cancelled. My Bookings on your Website says to contact Call Center for refund. I have tried for several hours and cannot reach anyone to request a refund. Is there an e-mail address I can use to send my request? Thanks.
