David Hartsook was convicted by a jury today of 1st Degree Murder and related offenses for the August 2022 murder of Troy Rickenbach. Sentencing is scheduled for March 23rd. Case investigated by @PAStatePolice Trooper Eric Schaeffer and tried by ADA K. Kenneth Brown, II.

Travis Pugh was convicted by a jury yesterday of 1st Degree Murder and related charges. On March 22, 2024, Pugh shot and killed James Hilton at a truck stop near Shartlesville. Sentencing scheduled for 2/18. Case investigated by Trooper Phillip Dohner; tried by ADA Daniel Troy.

Darrell Johnson was sentenced today to Life in Prison followed by 15-30 years. The case was investigated by the Berks County Detectives, the Montgomery County DA's Office and the Amity Township Police Department. Affiants were Detectives Andrew Wenger and Frank Debellis.

Last Friday, Darrell Johnson was convicted of 2nd Degree Murder, Robbery and Aggravated Assaulted for the murder of Michael Shields and assault of Matthew Kullman on August 6, 2016 in Amity Township. The case was tried by ADAs Jason Glessner and Jordan Fegley.

David Dearholt was sentenced last wk to 61-147yrs, following his plea to Rape, IDSI, Unlawful Contact w/ a Minor and Indecent Assault. On multiple occasions in 2023, Dearholt sexually assaulted his daughters. Case investigated by Berks Co Det DeBellis; prosecuted by ADA McCallum.
