A huge thankyou for the school's participation in the Keep Manchester Tidy spring clean event. One of the most well organised school litter picks Wythenshawe Waste Warriors have ever been involved with .

My eco warrior grandaughter Orla (year 3) picked 4 bags of litter with me. 3 from Tayfield Park/Blackpath plus one from ASDA side of Simonsway. A very happy Orla was given £1 for sweets by a lady who wanted to thank her for her regular picks.
@SowdenJames I think we all got the picture that the keeper should never have given the ball to McGuire for goal number one and did not need telling repeatedly .
@ReeceSanford Have a look at how much the councillors are paid approx before other allowances
Manchester 18k
Oldham 10.5k
Trafford 6.5k
Stockport 9.5k
Bolton 11.5k
These were the most recent figures I could find on a quick look but the difference in figures tells the story
