Yes, constitutionally that right is guaranteed to defendants however Erika is listed as the Victim of this case, and Utah has its own set of state victims’ rights. Erika filed a motion for a speedy trial under state laws on January 16th.

The RCMP caught Justin Trudeau watching so much child porn they had to leak it to a newspaper to try to get him to stop. I don’t believe that Alberta will succeed in separation. The odds are stacked against us. I’m not being pessimistic. I’m being real. I truly hope that I’m wrong. I went months without speaking of Canadian politics after the last election. That election loss has prepared me for continued disappointment and devastation. I just don’t believe that there’s a way out and I think that Canada has irrevocably fallen. It saddens me immensely as i e always been extremely patriotic… hence my username. 🇨🇦

Really can’t stress how devastating this revelation from Baron Coleman is to the “unofficial” Tyler Robinson timeline. I say unofficial timeline bc the most damning Discord chat message- the one leaked to and published by Ken Klippenstein on September 16, isn’t actually referenced in the Utah County probable cause court filing. No Discord chats whatsoever are mentioned there. There is a Discord chat mentioned in the booking charge, but it gives no specifics. If Tyler Robinson was in custody at 6:25 MST on September 11, 2025 he could not have written that supposed confession message. So if he didn’t write it, who did? Who had access to Tyler’s account? Who was Klippenstein’s source? That message has been used to convict Tyler in the court of public opinion. Where it originated is extremely important to figure out.
