Cyclists, e-bike and e-scooter riders are the state's no. 1 weapon in its fight to restrict everyone's mobility. But few are prepared to recognise it. Floating bus stops do NOT work anywhere. I've just come back from Cologne. They are as dangerous there as anywhere.
