Even if Britain did drill their own oil in the North Sea it would not change the price you pay for it because the price of oil is determined on the international market, and you would still have to export it to get it refined into something usable because Britain does not have enough refineries

Britain has paid Norway over £100 billion for gas since 2021. For gas they’re drilling in the North Sea, the same sea Ed Miliband has banned new drilling in on the British side. Madness.

The margins what the game pays will have been smashed, maybe by 100,000s % within a few hours. No chance they’re getting paid

NCP has gone into administration. They’ve been running car parks since 1931, and somehow ended up £305m in debt. Surely the maintenance for a car park is simple: ticket machines, barriers, lights, and occasional cleaning. How can a business model literally based on people paying to park go bankrupt?
