@SingaporeAir I was told that the plane was catered in Singapore so any day of upgrades were not guaranteed food. Oddly, they had economy meals…

@SingaporeAir seems like a total scam to collect money for an upgrade and then not have the full service available. I was super excited to try this service as I have heard great things #scamalert #nobusiness

@SingaporeAir This is not my usual airline, so don’t know of any email addresses. The last agent contact is had was when I boarded the flight (431)
