My grandma passed away last week and every day without fail she would feed the foxes that came into her garden. Today when we came round the baby fox was sat outside waiting for her to come out and look at his face my heart can’t cope 😭

@OfficialPLT appalled by your customer service. I ordered 4 items and didn’t receive everything in the bundle pack I ordered. The fact that you’ve rejected my claim, even with enough information provided, and now im having to pay for an item I didn’t receive is ridiculous.
