***RECORD BREAKING NIGHT"""" On a basket with 1:35 left in the third quarter last night, Miss Basketball finalist Ella Thompson became the Banshees' all time leading scorer! Ella finished the game with 25 points and 12 rebounds. Congratulations, Ella!

Our Banshee tennis team had a great day against Bullitt East, winning 5 matches to 1. Torie Sparks & Hannah Stein won their singles matches. Morgan Maleske & Megan Potter won in doubles, as did Bella Garrett & Lilly Walton and Emily Jackson & Ella Travis. Way to go, ladies!

Our Student Athlete of the Month is sophomore Zane Wickliffe! Zane is a two-year starter at running back for our football team,and is also a key player on the Eagles basketball team. Zane had a 4.0 GPA in the fall and was a 1st team Academic All State selection. Congrats to Zane!

***MISS BASKETBALL FINALIST*** Bethlehem is proud to announce that Ella Thompson has been named the 5th region Player of the Year and a finalist for Miss Basketball. Ella is averaging 18.2 points, 9.6 rebounds, 1.8 blocks, 3.7 steals, & 2.3 assists per game. Congratulations Ella!

BACK TO BACK!!! The Bethlehem Banshees win the Class A State Championship for the second year in a row with a 53-43 victory over the Walton Verona Lady Bearcats! Banshee fans, stay tuned for news about the Banshees' trip back to Bardstown. We're about to have ourselves a party!

It's a HUGE night at Crawford Hart gym tonight! At 6:00, the Banshees take on Danville in the first round of the All A State Tournament. That is followed by a boys district clash between the Eagles and the Thomas Nelson Generals. That game starts at 8:00.

It's not what we had in mind, especially for seniors Amelia Hodges and Ella Thompson, but the Banshees were business like in their 57-37 victory over Walton Verona.

UPDATE: The 2021 All “A” classic is cancelled. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

***UPDATE*** Bethlehem and Walton-Verona are in the same hotel in Richmond, and have received permission to play a KHSAA sanctioned game at 1:30 as already scheduled, but it will NOT be part of the All A tournament.

The All A state tournament has been canceled. State police have blocked the roads that many teams were taking to get here, so there are numerous teams unable to make it to Richmond. Thanks to the All A committee for all of their efforts in trying to make this event happen.

Here is the updated bracket for the All A tournament. The Banshees open the tournament tomorrow at 1:30 against Walton Verona. This is a rematch of last year's championship game.
