@BetkerBuilds i'll test it out a bit and see if i can open source it if it's worth it and it ends up being good!

Tried Paperclip for autonomous business management. Cool idea but it kept going off the rails and making bad assumptions. Not enough human in the loop So I'm building my own What I actually want: a C-suite team for solopreneurs that connects to everything you already run. - PostHog for user analytics - Sentry for production errors - Stripe for revenue and churn - Resend for email campaigns - Close for sales pipeline - Linear for project management - Your codebase for root cause analysis It doesn't just find what's broken. It finds **opportunities** on how to grow the business. Cross references all sources to paint a full picture. Flags what's noise so you don't waste hours chasing false alarms. Then it runs compound engineering plan so it creates and validate a plan before presenting you with anything You just hit approve or deny. Then it runs compound engineering review and compound AND checks for any github PR review comments from Codex and Cursor Bugbot Built the first version this weekend. Already caught a production bug, identified the root cause across PostHog + git blame, and correctly dismissed 2 findings as measurement artifacts. Found missing PostHog events I need to paint a better picture of how users use the app Personal software in a weekend. What a time to be alive 🤙

This is a really cool AI tool! But I wonder if this could be something that's a bit more private by using local models on your device instead of cloud models. And then I wonder if this would be something you could feed into just like a markdown file or put it into an obsidian vault, then you can just point an agent at it. I feel like that wouldn't be too hard to build.. 🤔

My personal experience on the drawbacks of using Claude Code vs. OpenClaw as a personal assistant from my phone: Claude Code - Doesn't have dangerously skip permissions via remote control. Also remote control doesn't feel super reliable - Doesn't have voice replies so doesn't feel as personal OpenClaw - Tends to forget things randomly still

@t_blom @noahzweben Not a bad idea but this was finicky and not core to the product etc

Pretty soon, I think we’ll see software shipping with Claude Code SDK embedded inside. Users will use it to configure and modify the software to meet their exact needs. The best changes will get passed back to the software developer and reincorporated in the master release.

@t_blom @noahzweben I made a prototype of an app with the Claude agent sdk in the prototype and made it self aware within the app with tools to edit its own internal prompts based off of my own RL loop - got really good results from this!

With the Claude desktop app being very buggy for coding, I switched completely to the Claude Code CLI. It is excellent. I now understand why many people prefer the CLI over the desktop app.

Today BridgeMind hit $50,000 ARR. +327.3% growth in March alone. No VC. No paid ads. No team. Just me, AI, and a microphone streaming every day. People told me vibe coding wasn't a real business. The ARR chart says otherwise. bridgemind.ai

I've been paying $18/mo for Granola. Built my own replacement instead. It's rough around the edges but it works, it's free, and the whole thing runs locally on your Mac. Introducing Transcripted..

1M context window feels like an upgrade from Opus 4.6 to 4.7

I underestimated how powerful Opus 4.6 with 1M tokens is. Even last year we were absolutely hitting context limit problems constantly. 1M tokens means you can do much more complex analysis entirely in context. Claude Code is so much better. This is the worst it will ever be.

@mhrescak I made something similar! You should check out the way it does speaker diarization - I just got it to work 100% offline to build a known speaker database with the user quickly identifying the user at the end of the call

Granola was overkill for my markdown note setup, so I had Claude build a fully local transcription CLI with a skill that works great and composes well with others. Read more: hrescak.com/notes/transcri…
