Last year I interviewed the mother of San Diego Islamic Center attacker Cain Clark after she contacted me through Instagram. She said her son was mandated to take an Ethnic Studies class to graduate from @sdschools According to the mother, the first two weeks focused on “whiteness” and “white privilege.” She said Cain, who is mixed race with Indonesian heritage on his father’s side, felt uncomfortable in the class and believed it was teaching him to view himself and his white family members negatively. I interviewed Cain through his mother. She said they asked if he could be excused from the class, but the school insisted he had to complete an Ethnic Studies course in order to graduate

I'm so sorry to hear this. It is not easy to forgive ourselves for loss/mistakes/decisions we have made that may have left a wake of turmoil behind us. Each day a new day a fresh start. This is one of the busiest areas in Pacific Beach…. Just had to walk through this with my 3-year old nephew avoiding wood planks with nails, broken glass, trash and a passed out homeless guy on the sidewalk just to get the beach. But if I ride my e-bike on the boardwalk, I’ll get a ticket . Why are they ruining San Diego like this??

As a paramedic I will not pretend to see spiders when a patient is hallucinating about spiders. I will also not pretend you are a different gender than what you actually are. It is ethically and morally wrong to play into someone’s psychosis. Thats just fact. It’s also wrong to put anyone who has mental problems in positions of authority. Anyone who believes men can be women should be removed from those positions immediately. For everyone’s safety. God bless
