@Bev1876 @markg80 @JamieRaynor Football isn’t about keeping everyone interested. Its about putting out the best team possible and winning games and away from home he make wholesale changes and doesn’t win games. You can’t keep everybody happy in football, the players know that and respect it

@Bev1876 @JamieRaynor You can't pick players that haven't even been on the bench for four weeks they won't be fit. Lapslie could have started ahead of sibley, at least he has been involved in the recent squads.

@markg80 @JamieRaynor You only get match fit by playing. We have a lot of players, I like the strategy of keeping everyone involved. It served us well last season with an above average age squad.

@Bev1876 @JamieRaynor Squad rotation makes no sense when there are out and out replacements and those incoming are not match fit.

I was delighted to stumble across this photo and thought it worth sharing. Graham Thorpe is being presented with a bottle of champagne by Brian Johnston for scoring 114 not out on his Test debut in 1993.

Today we remember the 56 football fans who lost their lives 40 years ago in the Bradford City Stadium Fire. As a former player & Manager of the football club it is still heartbreaking that this disaster happened in its history. My thoughts are with all the families & fans who are still grieving.
