Er staat dus nog slechts 1 vaste flitspaal in Amsterdam. Dus rij lekker overal te hard behalve op de kruising Stadhouderskade/Ferd. Bolstraat. De absurde 30km maatregel leidt tot buiten-proportionele boetes. Kan iemand de gemeente Amsterdam uitleggen dat het steeds kijken op je snelheidsmeter veel gevaarlijker is, dan op een normale snelheid te rijden en de weg in de gaten te houden?

Een universitair opgeleide, eerstegraads leraar van 25 jaar die aan havo-vwo-examenklassen lesgeeft, en een master biologie, aardrijkskunde, Nederlands, wiskunde behaalde, PLUS een master lerarenopleiding, verdient met een full-time baan ca. € 2.500 netto. Is dat okee, vindt u? Die moet ook een *studieschuld* afbetalen, en betaalt zich tegenwoordig *lam* aan wonen. Is dat okee, vindt u? Gewoon even duidelijk zijn. En eerlijk. Hartelijk bedankt.

De gemiddelde Nederlandse docent verdient inmiddels €6,800 per maand (ook basisschool), heeft een bizar groot en duur leger aan ondersteuners en samen leveren ze steeds meer analfabeten af. De manier waarop NL onderwijs is georganiseerd is rampzalig. Geld is niet het probleem.

The reality is that when that responsibility falls to Max, he doesn't show any talent for giving good feedback.

@ThisIsFormu1a1 I never heard Max so bitterly and constantly complaining about the rules when in 2022/2023 and the first part of 2024 he dominated. Then it was Max just winning all of the races. 2023 was one of the most boring seasons of racing ever. He just smiled ands accepted his trophies.

You already expense the real cash upkeep of software/clients with r&d/sg&a. You're double counting if you do both Tracking ROIC and FCF/share growth is way more important imo

@frankjnsn @infinitesimaal Ooit waren het helemaal geen huurwoningen! Het waren koopwoningen die met de wet Doorstroming Huurmarkt (2015) aangeschaft werden voor verhuur. Nu vertrekken die huisjesmelkers weer omdat het omkatten voor vrije sector verhuur geen zin meer heeft.

Man heeft mogelijk nooit lesje statistiek gevolgd en denkt daarom dat het gemiddelde iets zegt over alles.
