When your 3 month old machine breaks. You send it back for repair and you get back someone else’s DIRTY machine with a different serial number! I am fuming @NespressoUK @Nespresso this is disgusting. You clearly have no faith in your products, after 3 months of usage!!

@Bex011085 Sent my parcel a day before yours, also tracked48, still not delivered and the recipient's address is only a couple miles from me I've been reading on twitter about other people having severe delivery delays from Royal Mail. Taking upto two weeks for delivery in some instances

@Bex011085 @RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMail I sent a parcel and mine was still showing as in the depot at Stratford but just spoke to the person I sent it to and they have recieved it. The tracking website seems to be up the wall which is frustrating

@Bex011085 Hi there, thanks for your tweet. If your card expires this month, then it should be working as normal. It would expire at the end of the month and new card will be sent out automatically 2 weeks before it expires. Jamie
