I am eternally grateful to all the fans and players who gave us a chance. This project came to me at a very difficult period in my life, and even if I was initially brought in to work on Raichu, I believe this project is something special that deserves to be preserved. (4/5)

@MFusion245 Full features for the next update haven't been set in stone yet, we're still getting a feel for what is and isn't reasonable for us at this time. That said, I'll be doing my best to keep everyone updated when those decisions are made, so stay tuned!

@Beyond_Melee So does that mean Diddy, Charizard, and Lucas will be in the next update and Sonic will be changed to match the new version?

Progress on the rebuild has really picked up steam! The stages, menus, and every character from Demo 2 have been ported over successfully to the new M-EX. This hopefully creates a more stable experience, and leaves us open to pursue updates to features and balance!

Hello again, everyone! I want to apologize for the long silence; once again, health and other obligations forced the project on a fair bit of a hiatus. I want to assure everyone that BM is not yet dead! Work has officially resumed on moving to the new M-EX.

@Ultimalocked We're certainly going to be looking into Skull Kid. Part of the issue there might be that one of his moves is meant to be a counter fake-out teleport, but it doesn't come across that well without a detailed moves-list. Either way, Skull Kid is definitely on our radar.

Rest assured, though management has changed and life stuff has slowed us down, Beyond Melee is still in active development! Our priority right now is fixing bugs and the console version for the next update, plus implementing what feedback we can from Demo 2!

We've got some potentially exciting stuff in the wings too, and we'll be happy to share news with you as we have it! Until then, please consider this Parasol Raichu.
