Scott Parker. Fantastic for getting promoted. Not many better at it in the last few years. Can absolutely trust him to get us up. Never stayed up though. Not when given the majority of a season, anyway. We’d have to change. Will that happen? Probably not.

@WestHamViews_ @RoshaneSport Sullivan expects to sell them all and the reserves and the youth team and if possible the women’s team. He probably got stadium memorabilia up for sale on EBay as well. If 2 of the players who played today are there for first game next season I’d be shocked.

@WHU_Forever We can’t keep Soucek as a first teamer. Modern football is about speed and athleticism even in the Championship. He has been a legend but he’s time is up. We need to move on.

If we can keep Bowen, taty, and soucek I think we can build a solid enough team to challenge next season. Unfortunately I think all 3 will go. Soucek maybe stays as he is late in his career and will want to help the situation. I’m not confident though.

“World-class team in a world-class stadium?” Second-tier team in a track-and-field stadium. West Ham United relegated to the Championship at the London Stadium. Fans have every right to be angry. They turned up. But where was the real leadership in the club? Or on the pitch in recent times (Bowen apart)? No urgency in the first half against Leeds. Taty and Bowen gave brief hope. But they couldn’t rise to the equation. Spurs survive. Many reasons for West Ham’s demise: some iffy recruitment, some below-par coach appointments (Lopetegui, Potter), defensive issues, lack of direction from board, tensions between fans and Sullivan, as well as an unsuitable stadium (fans far from pitch, rental so difficult to generate money). Record losses. And revenue will be hammered by the drop. Who gets sold? Fernandes and Summerville will be top of many clubs’ shopping list. And the loyal Bowen? Does Nuno stay? Will the fanbase want him to? Does Kretinsky make a move to take over? Would Sullivan sell anyway? So many questions. Who can provide the answers? Who will stand up to be counted? West Ham need a reset, a rethink, improved recruitment and better leadership - on and off the pitch. Their fans deserve better. #WHULEE #WHU

@DHurleybooks Don’t care about the players leaving, none of them were good enough so won’t miss any of them if they leave. This managerial appointment is the most important probably in the clubs history, has to be right. Sullivan choosing tho so we know it’s cheap and unemployed.

Time to rebuild. Not sure if we’ll have the right manager mind. (Anyone but Parker.) We also probably won’t have the right players. (Please stay Jarrod) And definitely don’t have the right people in charge to sort out the first two.. But still, could be fun though.
