Nelson Mandela University has "installed" Naledi Pandor, a vocal defender of jihad as its Chancellor. Not merely appointed. Installed. This occurred on 8 April 2026 (with effect from 1 April), as confirmed by the university and official announcements. Pandor's past statements, including her assertion that Muslims are "permitted to engage in jihad when necessary," alongside her strong support for Palestinian causes and criticism of Israel.
