कुछ वामपंथी सूअर और कांग्रेसी बार-बार लिख रहे हैं जब प्रधानमंत्री राहत कोष है तब नरेंद्र मोदी ने पीएम केयर नामक नया फंड क्यों बनाया दरअसल प्रधानमंत्री राहत कोष की स्थापना जवाहरलाल नेहरू ने की थी और इसके क्लाज में एक प्रावधान डाल दिया गया था किसके जो कमेटी मेंबर होंगे उन सभी के सहमति और दस्तखत से ही इस फंड का उपयोग किया जा सकेगा और नेहरू ने कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष को भी प्रधानमंत्री राहत कोष में एक कमेटी मेंबर के तौर पर डाल दिया अब सोचिए जब यह एक सरकारी फंड है तब किसी राजनीतिक पार्टी का अध्यक्ष उस फंड का ट्रस्टी क्यों बनाया गया ? और आज भी बिना सोनिया गांधी के दस्तखत से या उनकी सहमति से प्रधानमंत्री राहत कोष में से मोदी पैसे खर्च नहीं कर सकते इसीलिए मोदी ने इस देश को कांग्रेस के चंगुल से हटाने के लिए एक नया फंड बनाए जिसका नाम पीएम केयर और इस फंड में जितने भी ट्रस्टी हैं वह सभी सरकारी लोग हैं कोई भी राजनीतिक पार्टी का अध्यक्ष या सदस्य इसमें शामिल नहीं है पीएम केयर के जो ट्रस्टी हैं उसमें एक प्रधानमंत्री, वित्त मंत्री, रक्षा मंत्री और गृह मंत्री है और आने वाले वक्त में भले ही सरकार बदल जाए तो भी उस वक्त की सरकार बिना किसी राजनीतिक दखलंदाजी के इस फंड का उपयोग कर सकेगी
