OPEN LETTER TO @myvoltas @tmmenon We are the owners of The Mor Stays, a 30-room hotel in Greater Noida. We invested lakhs in your VRF AC system trusting Voltas as a reputed brand. That trust has been completely destroyed. Here's our story.

This is not a minor complaint. This is negligence. This is a breach of contract. This is a reputed brand taking a customer's money and walking away. We have every email, every call record, every false promise , documented and saved.

WE ESCALATED TO SENIOR MANAGEMENT. STILL NOTHING. We have written directly to COO-level contacts at @Voltas_India. No meaningful response. No visit. No solution. If your own senior leadership doesn't care who does?

YOUR TEAM GIVES FALSE PROMISES. On Apr 16, your representative Ashwini Kumar Sharma assured us the service team would "connect shortly." They never did. This is the consistent pattern false assurances, missed deadlines, zero accountability. @myvoltas @tmmenon

CALLS IGNORED. EMAILS UNANSWERED. Apr 10 ➝ Complaint. No response. Apr 12 ➝ Follow-up. Ignored. Apr 15 ➝ Another email. Silence. Apr 28 ➝ Still begging for help. May 29 ➝ Final warning. Nothing. 5 emails. Countless calls. ZERO resolution. @myvoltas @tmmenon

YOUR TEAM DELIVERED AN INCOMPLETE INSTALLATION. The outdoor unit was never fully delivered. The system was never properly handed over. We paid in full. You delivered half a job and then disappeared. @myvoltas @tmmenon is this what your customers deserve?

6+ MONTHS. System STILL not functional. Half the VRF system is dead. Guest rooms, reception, banquet hall : NO cooling. We run a hospitality business. Every single day without AC = direct loss of revenue, guests, and reputation. This has been going on for MONTHS. @tmmenon

@arjunbhatigolf @flyspicejet completely unacceptable behaviour towards your customers. @flyspicejet highly disappointed, kindly look into the matter and help us find his luggage please.

I landed in Thailand last night for my golf coaching sessions for some very crucial golf tournaments, and my suitcase with essential golf equipment and clothes is missing. Despite repeated calls and complaints, the @flyspicejet team has been completely unresponsive and have been handling the issue very irresponsibly.
