मोदी जी प्रधानमंत्री के तौर पर 2026 पूरा नहीं करेंगे। अब मोदी जी और अमित शाह जी जाने वाले हैं। वो अब जनता के बीच में unpopular हो चुके हैं।

What seemed like a cooling legal face-off has suddenly reignited. In a dramatic new twist, @ArvindKejriwal has filed an additional affidavit seeking the recusal of Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma—this time introducing fresh claims that raise questions around perceived conflict of interest and judicial propriety. At the heart of the argument lies a crucial legal principle: justice must not only be done, but must also be seen to be done. Citing the professional engagements of the judge’s immediate family with the Central Government, Kejriwal frames a case based not on proven bias, but on a “reasonable apprehension” of it—especially in a politically sensitive matter involving agencies like the Central Bureau of Investigation. The affidavit also questions procedural fairness, transparency, and the role of top law officers in case allocation—adding multiple layers to an already complex legal battle. No direct allegations, but serious implications. No final ruling yet, but the spotlight is firmly back on the courtroom. When perception shakes, the system feels it. @AamAadmiParty @ArvindKejriwal @msisodia #delhihighcourt #legalnews #latestnews #judiciary

. @ArvindKejriwal said before HC - The special trail court heard the matter for three months, went through 40,000 pages and discharged all the AAP leaders in Excise matter But this Hon’ble HC, in just five minutes without giving notice, in absence of other parties, without even listening to us declared that trail court order appears prima facie erroneous. This raises reasonable apprehensions about the neutrality of the court in the minds of parties.

Gen Z is seeing through the hype around @ArvindKejriwal and @AamAadmiParty. The Gen Z is discovering @ArvindKejriwal's wisdom The BJP used Media to bad mouth @AamAadmiParty, spread propaganda against Kejriwal and other AAP leaders, but now everything is unraveling. AAP's work in #Delhi and #Punjab has really transformerd lives. After a decade in Delhi, voters decisively rejected them in the 2025 elections, handing a clear win to BJP—ending their run amid unfulfilled promises, governance fatigue, and controversies like the Sheesh Mahal row. The "Kattar Imandaar" image took hits from legal cases even if some were later discharged, internal power struggles, and perceptions of prioritizing politics over consistent delivery. BJP and others certainly used media and campaigns against AAP—just as AAP built its brand heavily on anti-corruption rhetoric and welfare schemes while accusing rivals of propaganda. Politics involves narratives from all sides. What matters is results on the ground, not who "unravels" faster. AAP expanded education spending and Mohalla Clinics, improved some government schools, and offered subsidized power/water. These were popular short-term wins. But challenges persisted—air pollution remained severe, long-term infrastructure gaps showed, and many broader manifesto promises went partially or fully unmet according to independent trackers. Voters ultimately chose change after 10 years. In Punjab, AAP highlights 950 Aam Aadmi Clinics, free electricity, daytime power for farmers, canal irrigation expansion, thousands of government jobs claimed, health cards, and revenue growth in excise/GST. They tout investments and fulfilling "guarantees." BJP, Congress and other critics point to broken promises on creating lakhs of jobs, curbing drug abuse, rising state debt, law and order issues, and youth migration. Governance is called disappointing by opposition, with heavy reliance on freebies amid fiscal strain. Early enthusiasm has cooled as 2027 elections approach. Bottom line: AAP delivered visible welfare schemes in places it governed, appealing to many who benefited directly. But "transforming lives" is subjective—voters in Delhi didn't see enough long-term progress or clean governance to stick with them. Punjab's experiment is ongoing with real deliverables mixed against structural problems. No party has a monopoly on wisdom; results, accountability, and ground realities matter more than any single leader's narrative or media wars. Gen Z are right to question everyone.

कल का हिंदुस्तान हमारे हाथ में होगा, केजरीवाल के हाथ में नहीं। - @salman7khurshid, Congress Leader, 2012-13 At that time, Congress had the arrogance of power. Now BJP has the same arrogance. Congress was defeated in Delhi in 2013. Now BJP will be defeated in Gujarat in 2027.

This is an accurate quote from Justice Ujjal Bhuyan's separate opinion in the Supreme Court judgment dated 13 September 2024 (Arvind Kejriwal Vs CBI). 🛑 A Division Bench (Justice Surya Kant + Justice Ujjal Bhuyan) granted bail to @ArvindKejriwal in the CBI case related to the Delhi excise policy. Justice Surya Kant Sharma upheld the legality of the CBI arrest. Justice Bhuyan strongly differed on the timing and necessity of the arrest, calling it questionable. He noted: - CBI registered the FIR in August 2022. - Interrogated Kejriwal but didn't arrest him for over 22 months. - Only acted right after Kejriwal got regular bail in the parallel ED case (June 2024). - Suggested the move appeared aimed at frustrating the ED bail. Justice Bhuyan also remarked that the CBI "shouldn't be a caged parrot" and criticized relying on "evasive replies" during questioning, since an accused has the right to silence. This highlights real concerns about investigative agencies' timing and potential overreach when political figures are involved. Coordinated-looking actions between ED and CBI have drawn criticism across parties over the years. - Kejriwal was eventually named in the CBI probe. - Courts have repeatedly noted the serious allegations in the liquor policy scam (involving alleged kickbacks and policy tweaks favoring certain players). - The split verdict shows even the Supreme Court wasn't unanimous on the arrest's validity. - Bail was granted considering prolonged incarceration, not necessarily because the underlying case is weak. Indian courts often grant bail in such high-profile cases after some time, citing delays in trial, while the investigation/prosecution continues. Whether the arrest was genuinely needed for investigation or had other motives is ultimately what Justice Bhuyan flagged — a valid judicial observation, but one side of a divided bench. Agencies must follow due process and not appear vindictive. Politicians must also face accountability if evidence exists. Selective outrage depending on who's in power weakens institutions on all sides.
