Restaurant itself accepted there was a mango quality issue, yet the item was still delivered. The drink was tasteless and so bad that I had to throw it away. A ₹175 coupon is not a fair resolution for such a poor experience. Expected a proper refund, not a coupon. @SwiggyCares

Very disappointed with Swiggy Dineout. Order ID: 235669858297963 Booked a GIRF deal, but the restaurant refused to honor it. I submitted all proofs and raised a complaint, yet no proper support or resolution has been provided. @SwiggyCares @swiggydineout This is unacceptable.
