I was arrested and released on bail pending investigation for defending my family. A man was taking pictures of my daughter and trying to enter my restaurant. Any parent would react. Things escalated and blows were exchanged, yet I’m the one facing charges based on the culprit’s complaint. What message does this send? That protecting your own family makes you the criminal?
