@MarkyBunny Don’t see the issue, they do a lot for non league football and the rest of the teams also benefit as they bring in fans from everywhere, which can only be good for income on teams they travel to play against, started off as a Sunday club so they’ve paid their dues, no issue

Those SE Dons fans have had a long trip from South East London to Kent after all .... A fake football club who lied to get into the step system by taking over Forest Hill Park 2 years ago, shouldn't even be at this level let alone be allowed to play in Kent!!

Pro Evolution Soccer 1, 2 and 3 on PS2 are still the undisputed peak of football games for a whole generation. The amazing controls, addictive Master League and pure pitch joy have never had a matching buzz! Was anyone at all playing FIFA back then?

I am truly saddened to read that Peter has passed away. He was a true gentleman with vast knowledge of every level of football. I would meet up with him 20 to 30 times each season at obscure venues and he was always great company. RIP

👋 I don't usually post anything personal on this feed but I just wanted to share a few things. English Players Abroad is purely a passion project for me. I am the only one who has ever ran this account or blog and I do it all by myself. It started off as a uni project more than a decade ago and it's something I still really enjoy updating. I really appreciate all the messages I get that help me stay updated with the transfers that I may have missed. This is just a hobby, I've never made any profit from it. I work full time in an unrelated job. No money is earned from running this account or any of my other platforms. I have earned roughly $29 from X payouts since that program began but I have spent way more than that on web/podcast hosting. This account is entirely independent. Sleeper kindly cover the cost of my premium X subscription directly but they have absolutely no influence or say on what I post. If I paid for premium myself, I would be losing money each month. During the time of running this account I have built up connections with players and agents across the world and met some really great people but I have never been paid to post on here or to give someone favourable coverage. If I ever mention opportunities for players abroad or specific agents then it's because I'm genuinely trying to help more people sign for clubs abroad and for no other reason. I quite regularly get DMs from people asking how they can play abroad or if they know anyone who can help. I sometimes point people in the right direction but it's out of my hands from there and I do not earn any commission for recommending a particular club or agency. I also can't get back to everyone as sometimes requests are just unrealistic or not newsworthy to share on my platform. I have worked incredibly hard to build this account but I know some people will try take advantage of it. Thanks all and I really appreciate the support I've had other the years. I shall continue to keep you all updated with any transfers and news regarding all things English abroad.
