A Toyota Camry has a 15.8 gallon tank. With California average gas prices for regular at $4.63 a gallon, it costs $73.18 for a full tank. A Tesla Model 3 RWD has a 57.5 kWh battery. Assuming a Southern California electrify price of $0.23 per kWh, it costs just $13.22 to charge from 0 - 100 so realistically your average RV charging session will be like $5 or $6 whereas your average gas station stop will cost you $50 - $70 + the value of your time.

Microsoft Server in East 2 are showing state as unknown. We can not start or stop some of our servers.

@ctheory I can agree. We are in East2 and can not start or control servers. Did you see any news?

@Biesecker I believe the issue might be isolated to US east 2 zone 1, I can’t perform any start stop operations on virtual machines within zone one, zones 2/3 started without issue

@cypheroftyr @Imperialgrrl Agreed - there’s a bit of tunnel-vision from Twitch and the streaming vendors. I don’t think they fully understand we have a bit more disposable income and influence over our employers interactions with their products.

As a 49yo streamer, this sort of generalization misses so much My knees hurt too. Don’t forget menopause.

@terrajobst I understand this in Western Europe, but I spend a lot in Bulgaria, Serbia, Romania, Baltic States, Hungary, and 5-10 more. I spent the last 10 years in these parts. For sure there are 2 Europes and the split is getting worse.

@csharpfritz I used to celebrate July 4th when the country was not so politically split. I hope someday we can find respect for all regardless or political affiliation, gender, race, religion or sexual preferences. Everyone can have their own, but please respect others choices.

It’s July 4th and I’m happy to be with family today. I’ve never used this holiday to celebrate USA, but rather to have a good time with family and friends like a mid-summer vacation day. I’m not happy with our leadership, and we’re working to fix that in November.

@terrajobst i am American living in Europe for 7 years. There are 2 Europes, Eastern and Western Europe. Great poverty and corruption exists in the eastern part. Many government healthcare systems are not good, but I had emergency gallbladder surgery done At pvt for 3000.00.
