@LicensePlateGuy As much as I wanted Downs at 10, we went BPA at 5 and built the trenches with pick 10. The season isn't over if one of our OL goes down. That's progress to me.

Giants thought Reese was the better pick over Styles and Mauigoa was the better pick than Downs. What do you think? Guess we won't know for awhile huh

@AbdulCarterMVP They sat back, let other teams draft for need and let the board fall to them. Then they built the trenches. The Ravens do this every year. If one of our OT's get hurt, the season isn't over now. Acting like the Ravens draft style gets an A from me.

@TopoChicoTarpon @MarshallGreen_ It sounds like the original contract was 2 more years and the Bengals gave him a 3rd year. Probably more guaranteed money this season, but this isn't a huge win for Dexy contract wise. I agree that he just didn't want to be a Giant. That seems nuts to me with Harbaugh as HC.

@IamEliRacks I don't know if the picks will replace his production, but I also don't know how permanent his injury was/is. His production was poor for his standards last year. There were equal risks in whatever move was made. Like so many other things, we will know in a year or two.

What are your thoughts on the Dexter Lawrence trade, Giants fam? We get the 10th overall pick from the Bengals...

@GiantsAreBack22 @PLeonardNYDN I think it's easier to keep the GM, draft and scouting infrastructure in place for a few months after hiring Harbaugh. They can do the massive overhaul after the draft. It's safer that way.
